Gettin back my account and Bubz

The message below was what I send to Prizee...And down there is the answer i got
Isn't there anybody that can help me?
Before i was gone for a while I played at the English Prizee for over 3 years, en had a lot of bubz, and Maxpacks..
Now the are all gone


I Can't seem to get my password back after i've been gone for a while. The site is all in french and i don't understand a word of it. I tried to get my pasword by clicking on the right button, but the email and the link in it, doesn't seem to work. I'm not sure what my Pseudo was, neither the emailadress i used before..Probably it is the same i am using now. I really hope you can help me, because i know i was a goldmember and had a lot of points standing on my account. Greetings Heavenleigh

Thus, now you understand No customer service, and you cannot contact them, you cannot retrieve you're Prizee account if you do not remember it. I'm sorry to bring you this bad news, but that's just how it is !!!

Your Bubz are useless anyway! You can't get any gifts anymore. Only France.

Thanks a lot ...I allready got the translation on my own.. But thanks anyway...
And Prizee sucks ........After all those years, and sponsering by buying maxpacks, now I lost everything, and even if I didn't...I can't get presents anymore, because I don't life in France.......Pffffff

And by the way, I DO remember my email-adres, and I filled in all my stuff (adress exc.) I even bought some presents at that time, so I really think it's crap that they cant do anything for me...But well.......

Now I can get to my old account.....But really thanks for taking the afford to answer my in English and not in French
