Assoprizee, a french association which defend Prizee's players, sent me this email :

We just learned that Prizee, which publishes the game site not the same as we well know, has announced a redundancy. The company seems in great financial difficulty.
This episode, we predicted a year ago already. The changes Prizee and narrow-mindedness of its leaders that large customers have deserted the site.
So, we must lay between 45 and 50 people to be able to put the finances of the company on track.
We wanted to let you know this information, especially serious and sad for those employees who will return to center job overnight.
The future of the company remains unclear. We can not say more for now and let you judge the measures to be taken to your personal accounts.
