Treasures Hunt (The Quest)

Ok, people it's finally here: The Emeralds Quest !!!
The idea of this Quest is simple ladies and gentlemen...

- You'll have to discover (unlock) 9 Emeralds for the Amulet witch you see above.
- Each Emerald will represent one of the 9 Egyptian Gods by color.
- Once each Emerald is unlocked I'll update it to the Amulet.
- Each Emerald will also release information for the God witch it represents.
- Discovering each Emerald will be different (different quests and/or requirements).
- Once the Full Amulet is unlocked the Awards will be given to the respective players witch found the Emeralds.
- So in total 9 different Quests in 1 !!! (really sparks you're sense of wonder don't it ???)


The 9 Emeralds and their 9 Gods:

Emerald of Ra

Egyptian God: Ra
Associated color: Red
Information: Ra is the ancient Egyptian Sun God. The meaning of the name is uncertain, but it is thought that if not a word for “SUN” it may be a variant of or linked to words meaning “creative power” and “creator”.
Ra’s powers are associated with RED.

Emerald of Thoth

Egyptian God: Thoth
Associated color: Teal
Information: Thoth was considered one of the more important deities of the Egyptian pantheon. He was often considered as the “Heart”, which, according to the ancient Egyptians, is the “Seat of intelligence” or the “Mind”.
TEAL is the color of the power of Thoth.

Emerald of Isis

Egyptian God: Isis
Associated color: Yellow
Information: Isis was a goddess in Ancient Egyptian. She was worshiped as the ideal matron of nature and magic. Isis is considered the goddess of motherhood and magic.
The powers Isis resonate with YELLOW.

Emerald of Horus

Egyptian God: Horus
Associated color: Purple
Information: Horus is one of the oldest and most significant deities in the Ancient Egyptian Religion. Horus served many functions in the Egyptian pantheon, most notably being the God of War.
The royalty of PURPLE transfers the powers of Horus.

Emerald of Sekhmet

Egyptian God: Sekhmet
Associated color: Orange
Information: In Egyptian mythology, Sekhmet was originally the warrior goddess of Upper Egypt. She is depicted as a “lioness”, the fiercest hunter known to the Egyptians. It was said that her breath created the desert. She was seen as the “protector of the pharaohs” witch led them in warfare.
ORANGE bestows the power of Sekhmet.

Ok, people let's start this thing... I told you to enter here in the weekend, did I not... ?!
This first Quest is rather simple. The first one of you to answer correctly to all of the below 5 riddles will get an hint to the location of the 1-st Emerald for the Amulet. The Emerald is hidden somewhere on the forums, but trust me you won't find it by yourself... Trust me, it's not possible, it's very, very well hidden.
So, here you go... Once I review your answers I'll send the player who answered correctly (and was the first to do so) an message with an "hint" to the location of the Emerald. All you'll need to do is to tell me where it is, if you'll find it



The Quests info will be posted here...
It will take place from weekend to weekend, so you all can have some free time for this...
So, don't make any plans next weekend

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2-nd Quest for the second Emerald (obviously).
Let's just get it started shell we ???

It will be sort of a Minigame, witch will be divided into 3 parts. To get the Emerald you'll have to solve all the 3 parts, and tell me all the correct answers below

Part one of the Minigame:
You will have to answer to some questions.
Just tell me the answers in this post and I'll tell you if they are correct...

Here are the Questions:
- Question 1: When was Wind first discovered ? (theoretical answers will work)
- Question 2: What is Wind usually used for ?
- Question 3: Can Wind become energy ?
- Question 4: Why is Wind needed ?
- Question 5: What is the most feared Wind phenomenon ?

Answer to this Questions as good as you can, the answers will be taken into account.
Also, remember that you can ask for help.



Part two of the Minigame:
- For part two of the Elemental Wind Minigame you will have to find the Wind Element.
- How do you do that ?
- Well, you might try to search the Forums.
- Let's see how well you do with this one !!!



Part three of the Minigame:
For the last part of this Minigame you will get a riddle to solve. The first one to finish all 3 Minigames will obtain the 2-nd Emerald for the Amulet of the Gods.

The riddle:

"Voiceless it cries,
Wingless flutters,
Toothless bites,
Mouthless mutters.
What am I? "

One last thing to mention. You have to finish ALL 3 parts of the Minigame for an complete victory.
If you finish part 1 and 2 (let's say) and part 3 is not correct, you'll have to try again...
